At Coffee Vibz, we stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our fulfillment and supply chain, we currently do not offer refunds under most circumstances.
❗ Important for EU and US Customers:
Customers in The United States of America and European Union may be entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened and unused products, starting from the day the product is received.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Easy Shipping: Use the supplier-provided return address; tracked shipping is recommended.
- Refund or Replacement: Once the item is received in original condition, a full refund or replacement is issued.
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or damaged items
- Buyer’s remorse
- Delayed delivery due to shipping carrier or customs issues

If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
